I will not start on a commission until the FULL payment is made. 

Payment can be made through PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp.

Give me roughly a couple of days to weeks to finish your commission. I spend a lot of time and effort on my art and designs

I will allow up to a month and no longer.

The slot will be taken once the FIRST payment is made.

I will not start on the commission until the FULL payment is made.

IF YOU BACK OUT DURING THE PAYMENT PLAN, YOU WILL ONLY RECIEVE A 50% REFUND

 

Refund Policy:

If you would like to cancel the order for any reason, please contact me ASAP so we can discuss how to best do so. Refunds will be given as followed:

Art:

   - No work/just started: 80% refund

   - Sketch done: 50% refund

   - Lineart done: 20% refund

   - Coloring started: 10% refund

   - finished product: 0% refund

Customs:

   - No work/just started: 80% refund

   - Concept done: 60% refund

- Ref Sheet Sketch done: 50% refund

   - Ref Sheet Lineart done one: 20% refund

   - Ref Sheet Coloring started: 10% refund

   - Finished product: 0% refund

 Altercations after the finished product will be fined 75% of the original price + 25% fee.

Custom ToS:

DO NOT sell more than bought for(unless there is extra art)

DO NOT UNDER ANY MEANS SELL MY DESIGNS TO USERS LISTED ON THE BLACKLIST

Credit me for the original design

You can redesign or use them for any personal use

If you decide to back out and receive a refund, I have the right to resell the character.

 

Art credit belongs to me. If you post my art, please give me credit.

By commissioning me, I have the right to use the art I make for commercial use, portfolios, etc.

You DO NOT have permission to use my art for commercial use.
DO NOT remove my signature or watermark

I have the right to decline any commission.

If you refuse to follow any of these rules, you will be blocked, blacklisted, and will no longer be able to purchase any designs from me.

On this blacklist are users from whom I NO LONGER accept commissions and are NO LONGER allowed to own my designs. If you sell a NovemberToons design to any of the following users, YOU will also be added to the blacklist.
